in a recent game, USC freshman Bronny James was wearing the “USC” iteration of the Kobe Protro VIII, which shouldn’t be too much of a shock, as he is a member of the basketball team.
The white-based colorway features USC branding on the left tongue with maroon showing up on the side Swooshes, heel counter and inner. Gold can be seen the tongue branding, as well as the Kobe logo on the rear wheel.
Underneath resides a white midsole and maroon rubber outsole.
As it currently stands, there is no indication that a retail release is in the works for these.
